Sarah Corley is a seasoned communicator, strategist and creator whose career has spanned government, politics, arts & culture, private equity and venture capital – so far.

The most formative growth of her career encompassed a dozen years in Washington, D.C., where she served in senior communications roles for congressional legislators and committees and in media relations for The Phillips Collection, America’s first museum of modern art. Her tenure on Capitol Hill included seven years leading high-profile communications for Congressman Tom Cole, strategizing and overseeing messaging, media and outreach across his personal office and committee leadership on Rules and Appropriations. She also served as Press Secretary for the House Budget Committee, managing messaging and national coverage of federal budget and appropriations policy for the majority, and as Press Assistant for then Congressman James Lankford, serving on his very first team of staff after working on his campaign.

Shortly after returning home to Oklahoma City in 2023, Sarah joined local investment firm Echo, where she spent nearly two years leading marketing & communications and developing external relations & outreach strategies related to the firm’s many investments, ventures and partnerships across energy, life sciences, national security and sports & entertainment. This included extensive strategic communications support to Echo’s OKC for Soccer initiative and related downtown stadium development project paving the way for the return of pro soccer and further fueling the city’s ongoing momentum and global rise.

A budding entrepreneur, she founded Dynamique LLC in May 2025, combining her multi-industry communications expertise, instinctual understanding of social dynamics and lifelong passion for aesthetics and personal style.

Born and raised in Oklahoma City, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oklahoma Baptist University with a double major in Finance and Marketing and emphasis in International Business. She also earned a certificate in Professional Image Consulting from the Fashion Institute of Technology in 2022 and is expertly trained in color analysis.

An avid adventurer, Sarah solo traveled across Europe in 2023, visiting 17 cities in 10 countries over 40 days. In her spare time, she loves collecting vintage clothing and accessories, discovering new music and transforming her historic English Tudor style house into a home. She is also a classically trained flutist.
